Fresh fish and seafood is key to our success. Our team works hand in hand with the local fisherman to source the freshest fish and seafood on the market. All seafood is stored directly on ice prior to packaging.
Once sourced the fish and seafood
arrives at our packaging and
storage
facility where our team fillet or
clean each item. Once packed, all
seafood is blast frozen to preserve
quality and stored at below -18
degrees C.
Orders are dispatched daily countrywide. Special orders can be arranged on request. To keep the contents freshly frozen, you will receive your order packed in an EPS box containing dry ice.
